Learn how to reduce stress, handle difficult situations and feel more in control of your
life. Research has shown that writing about trauma clears the mind, improves health
and supports healing, and it doesn’t matter if anyone else ever reads what you write. In a
safe, supportive environment, we will explore simple writing techniques you can do at
home that have been shown to enhance well-being and assist in coping with stressful
situations, such as illness, injury, divorce, and job loss. Bring a notebook to class and be
prepared to write. All writing will be kept confidential.
